“I took over this business since last December and when we took over this business we didn't know that they were going to demolish the Exhibition Centre.
After three or four months we received the letter from the council that they were going to demolish the Centre.
We have plenty of customers coming to stay because of the Exhibition Centre, particularly in winter time.
The demolition is going to affect our business, of course our business is getting low.
The business is going down in this area. As we are near the Exhibition, a demolition is going to make the area too noisy.
We have customers coming through agencies and if any of them would write a bad review to say that the hotel is too noisy, it would be the end of our business.”
