We've had mentions on Twitter from Andy Slaughter, Labour MP for Hammersmith, Jonathan Fryer, Chair of the London Liberal Democrats, the Musicians' Union, the Queen fan club and a Led Zeppelin fan-site! - amongst others.  Thanks guys!

Cllr Stephen Cowan, Leader of the Labour group of councillors in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, had a blog post on the petition:
If you have a moment, please use it to click here and sign an important petition urging the government to "call in" Hammersmith and Fulham Conservatives' decision to demolish the iconic Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre and if that wasn't bad enough also demolish 760 local families’ homes on the West Kensington and Gibbs Green Estates.
Hammersmith & Fulham Liberal Democrats have also publicised the petition:
On the 20 November the RBKC Major Planning Committee granted permission for the developers, EC Properties LP, to demolish the Exhibition Centre and build some of the plots on site and with outline planning consent for the taller buildings on site. For many of the residents who packed the small committee room there was shock that so many issues had not been taken into consideration, and that the outcome will have an irrevocable impact on the area for the next 20-years.

It is important that we request that the Secretary of State, Eric Pickles, calls in the decisions made by RBKC and LBHF Councils, so that there can be a fair assessment of the planning application as a whole.
