The TfL Finance and Planning Committee disregarded calls to defer their decision to enable greater democratic scrutiny to take place. The TfL Board will meet on the 5th February 2014 which is before the London Assembly Transport Committee meets on the 12th March 2014.
Local residents, trade unions, London Assembly opposition parties and members of Parliament were ignored today as the TfL Finance and Policy Committee, chaired by Peter Anderson, recommended that the TfL Board approve TfL entering into a joint venture arrangement with Capital and Counties Properties PLC (Capco).
