LONDON ASSEMBLY AND THE RMT UNION UNITED IN OPPOSITION TO TfL FPC COMMITTEE DECISION ON EARL'S COURT REDEVELOPMENT BEING MADE TODAY WITHOUT DUE DEMOCRATIC SCRUTINY
The opposition parties on the London Assembly and the RMT Union are united in requesting that the TfL Finance and Policy Committee which meets today does not recommend that TfL enter into a joint venture arrangement with Capital and Counties Properties PLC until after the issue has been discussed in Parliament and at the London Assembly Transport Committee meeting on the 12th March 2014.
